Matt was recommended to us by family members who had worked with him before. They had nothing but good things to say about him. So we decided to get in touch with him right away. Within a few hours, he responded back. We had been shopping around for a few months to refinance an FHA loan we had. Matt had the best option for us. He beat at least 3 offers that we had. I was in the process of getting of primary residence refinance but my instinct said at the last minute to get a second review. I was referred to McGlone and my representative was Niki. When I say I saved thousands, I mean I saved thousands(over $10K) on my loan after signing up with McGlone Mortgage Group and got a better rate. Niki got the loan approved and closed within 30 days. It was so easy to upload everything into the system (I have a real problem with computers but I was assisted with technical assistance all the way). The service they provided was beyond what I expected. So needless to say I referred a friend who had the same experience. This company prides itself on not taking advantage on their customers. Brenda Quackenbush from McGlone Mortgage Group was fantastic to work with (again). My husband and I did our original mortgage through her, as well as our refinance just two years later. Sarah was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly to any concerns I might have and stayed in contact with me throughout the lending process, which helped us to close a week earlier than originally planned. I have worked with other lenders in the past, but McGlone has surpassed all of them in regards to customer service, interest rates, loan process, etc. I have worked with Katie Gostomski (also from McGlone & just as wonderful) and she recommended Sarah.
